Are these the only plans?
Not atall, we provide a completely personal service to all our clients as each business is individual. So just drop us a call and we can discuss your plans and tailor make a solution for you. We also provide edits of your current website wether it’s built from HTML or WordPress for just £25 per hour. Our consultancy costs and social media packages are also P.O.A. as these are so individual. Our priority is making sure you get return on your investment.
How does billing work?
We require 50% upfront before your project begins unless otherwise stated. Then final payment within 7 days of your website going live. We never go live until you are completely satisfied. If you are paying monthly for package this is done through automatic payments via PayPal. We accept Bank transfer, PayPal and any other Credit or Debit card.
What is the design process?
Once we’ve discussed your requirements and gained an insight into your business, a comprehensive pre-sale presentation is compiled. Video screencasts are also done when necessary, allowing you to see a demo of your site in action, something pretty unique! We keep in close contact with you during the whole process. Setting guidelines and timelines for required content to keep your project on timely track. We do group and one on one Skype calls to screen share and collaborate during the journey of your site build. This also allows us to recognise any other areas of improvement within your current online marketing strategy.
Can I cancel at any time?
We don’t believe in tying you into contacts as it’s our commitment to provide you with a high end service that you find extremely valuable to your business. However if due to unforeseen circumstances you decide to cancel with us, please let us know in writing and we will action this within 7 days. If for any reason your monthly payment has not been received and we receive no response after several attempts of contact we reserve the right to take down your site and are not responsible for any loss or business.
